Join in our annual Heritage Awards and Graduation ceremony! We'll honor school-age kids - both graduates and non-graduates. Non-members are invited to include their middle and high school students (6th-12th grades).

PLEASE NOTE: This event requires a TWO-STEP registration process. You must sign up and pay on the website AND use the registration link below. BOTH are required.

Join Heritage Homeschoolers in celebrating your homeschooled students for all of their accomplishments during this school year! We have non-member slots available for students completing grades 6th-12th (middle and high school only)


The End-of-Year Celebration is an awards and graduation ceremony honoring school-age kids (graduates & non-graduates). Parents do not need to print out certificates for the students. They are provided by Heritage.


What: Heritage End of the Year Celebration

Date: Saturday, May 9th, 2026

Time: 2:00 p.m.

Location: Life Church Smyrna Assembly of God | 4100 King Springs Road SE | Smyrna, GA 30082

Cost: $35 per family (Pay here on the website by signing up JUST YOURSELF)

Ages: We have non-member slots available for students completing grades 6th-12th (middle and high school only)


Registration Deadline: April 12, 2026 (please read below for full registration details, this is a two step registration process)


REGISTRATION


Step 1: Sign up ONLY YOURSELF on the website and pay the $35 per family fee.

Step 2: Complete registration: Heritage EOY Celebration & Graduation Form (REQUIRED)


Have the following items available before you fill out the registration form:

* High-quality photos of each participating child to be used for a video slideshow

* List of Awards & Recognitions for each child; for award ideas, see Heritage EOY Celebration FAQs


Your family registration fee includes the following:

  • Award certificate for participating students (no need to print them at home)

  • Entrance to post-ceremony reception

  • Access to professional photos of the ceremony provided by Raygen Samone Photography

  • Professional headshot of graduates

  • Commemorative gift for graduates


What’s NOT included in the family fee:

  • Caps and Gowns - These can be purchased separately from Amazon (see links below).

  • Diplomas for Graduating Seniors - These must be provided by your homeschool.


PROGRAM ADS

Graduate and business ads are available starting at $25/half page.


ATTENDEES

Participating families are welcome to invite family and friends to the celebration (up to 5). Please be mindful that no tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or synthetic substances are permitted on the church's property.


If something comes up and you cannot attend, please cancel on the website as soon as possible so that others may use those spots and the planning committee can remove your family from the program.


Optional: Photo for Program Ad - Graduate and business ads are available starting at $25/half page. Please submit payment via PayPal immediately following your submission.  The graphic you provide must be exactly as you want it to appear in the program, including all text and photos. Specifications: High-quality (300 dpi) photo in JPG, PNG, or SVG format; Dimensions: 8 in. x 5.125 in.


NEED HELP CREATING A PROGRAM AD? If you need assistance creating a program ad, our team will design one for you for an additional cost of $10 for a graduate ad and $20 for a business ad. Have any images you would like to be included in your ad available to upload when you complete your registration form.

Be sure to order a cap & gown if you have a graduating 8th or 12th grader:
